On the opening of Bestial by Rosi la Loca, sixth concept of the acclaimed restaurant group specialized in disruptive and highly attractive concepts, Filippa worked on an opening strategy in which during the month of April we worked in three phases with three different objectives:

Soft Opening: For one week, invitations were sent to a network of agency contacts so that the restaurant could start rolling and we could have a close feedback.

Press dinners: We organized two dinners with highly qualitative journalists (e.g. El País, ABC, Elle…) during which we were able to share with them the concept inspired by the seabed and the city’s gastronomic proposal.

Dinner with influencers: A dinner was held with more than 20 profiles and their companions who enjoyed the unique experience of the restaurant.
This strategy allowed us to achieve unique results and get the most out of this opening:
